摘    要:人才培养是通过课程来实现的,课程是人才培养的核心。而教材是课程的知识载体,教材的优劣直接影响着人才培养的质量。通过深入企业调研和对现有《肉制品生产技术》教材的分析,针对教材的不足.提出了融入企业元素、嵌入职业资格标准、采用项目导航、任务驱动编写模式、开发数字化立体配套教材的编写思路,形成了自身特有的编写特色,具有一定的示范作用。

Abstract:Talent training is achieved through the curriculum, the curriculum is the core of talent training, and teaching materials are the knowledge carrier of curriculum, teaching materials' good and bad directly influences the quality of personnel training. Through in-depth enterprise research and analysis of the existing "meat products production technology" teaching materials, aiming at the shortcomings of the teaching materials the paper puts forward the compiling thought of embedding into enterprise elements and vocational qualification standards, adopting project navigation, task driven teaching mode, developing digital stereo matching textbooks, and forms its own unique writing features with certain exemplary role.
