摘    要:通过研究创新集群内声誉对企业间合作活动的协调作用,提出声誉、知识生产能力、知识转移能力、创新绩效4项要素的理论模型,并以218家企业为样本进行实证检验,认为知识生产能力和知识转移能力对创新绩效有直接显著正向影响;声誉对知识生产能力和知识转移能力有直接显著正向影响,并由此对创新绩效有间接正向影响。

Abstract:Based on research on how reputation moderates inter-corporate cooperation,this paper puts forward the theoretical model of reputation,knowledge-creating capacity,knowledge-transferring capacity,and innovation performance,and tests it by questionnaire analysis of 218 firms in Yangtze River Delta.It reveals that: knowledge-creating capacity and knowledge-transferring capacity have significantly direct impact on innovation performance;reputation has significantly direct impact on knowledge-creating capacity and knowledge-transferring capacity,and also has indirect impact on innovation performance.
