摘    要:通过对长株潭地区364名家族企业员工的问卷进行分析,探讨了LMX与组织公平感的关系。结果表明,LMX与组织公平感显著正相关,文化氛围在LMX与程序、互动公平感的关系中存在调节效应。

Abstract:Through investigating 364 employees of family enterprises in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,this paper discusses the relationship between LMX and organizational justice.The empirical results show that LMX has significant positive effect on the organizational justice and that cultural atmosphere moderates not only the relationship between LMX and the procedural justice but also the relationship between LMX and the interactional justice.
