| 摘 要： | 通过对战略联盟研究的社会网络视角的阐述,基于对该视角下的战略联盟研究所进行的分析总结,从研究中变量选取的角度提出了网络及其成员的"结构属性"、"资源属性"及"绩效"等概念,并基于这些概念构建了战略联盟研究的主要问题模型,进而揭示出网络视角下战略联盟研究的"新思维",即"网络属性思维"。并对这一思维下的战略联盟研究进行了分类综述。

| Abstract: | With a short review about the research of strategic alliance from social network perspective,this paper proposes some concepts of "structural characteristics","resource properties" and "performance" from the perspective of variable selection based on a summary and analysis of previous studies.It builds a model of main research problems about strategic alliance and reveals a new thought on strategic alliance research named "network property thought" from social network perspective.At last,there is a classified overview for strategic alliance research with the thought. |
