| 摘 要： | 针对当前IT外包组织间关系维度结构分析及有效性测度研究的不足,通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,将IT外包组织间关系维度划分为关系范式维度、结构过程维度以及知识管理维度,并开发和设计了测量量表,以来自241家IT外包企业的数据为研究样本,对其进行探索性因子分析和验证性因素分析。研究结果表明,IT外包组织间关系维度结构模型具有较好的建构效度,丰富和完善了组织间关系的理论体系,为IT外包接包企业实践提供一定的科学指导。

| Abstract: | Due to the scarcity and constraint of inter-organizational relationship in IT outsourcing,through analyzing related domestic and abroad literatures,inter-organizational relationship in IT outsourcing can be classified into relational norm,formation process and knowledge management.Taking 241 IT outsourcing companies as research sample,we develop and design the scale,and implement EFA and CFA.The results show that this model has better construct validity,which provides the foundation for IT outsourcing inter-organizational relationship theory and practice. |
