| 摘 要： | 基于日本对我国技术外溢的基本特征,确定了七个主要影响因素,建立了日本对中国技术外溢影响因素的计量模型。实证研究结果表明,日本对中国的投资额对我国技术外溢效果的贡献率最大,其次为中国的电信基础与日本在我国获取的专利数等。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic characteristics of the technology spillover from Japan to China,this paper identifies seven key influence factors and establishes the measurement model of the factors.The empirical result shows the investment from Japan to China contributes most to the effects of technology spillover,which is followed by China’s telecommunication basis and the Japanese patents granted in China. |
