| 摘 要： | 对供应链关系资本的影响因素以及关系资本与供应链协同之间的关系进行实证分析,提出概念模型及研究假设,进行探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析,用结构方程模型来分析各变量之间的关系并进行假设检验。研究发现,供应链关系资本对供应链协同目标的实现有着显著的促进作用。供应链关系资本的影响因素按其对关系资本影响程度排列依次为供应商声誉、专用资产投入、转移成本和供应商能力,而组织适应性的影响不显著。对实证分析的结果进行总结,提出实践中如何提高供应链关系资本的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper gives an empirical analysis on both the influencing factors in the supply chain relational capital and the correlation between the relational capital and the supply chain synergy.By presenting theoretical model and research hypothesis and studying on EFA(exploratory factor analysis) and CFA(confirmatory factor analysis),it analyzes relationship between the variables with the SEM(structural equation model).The conclusions are as follows: the relationship capital of supply chain promotes supply chain synergy.In the order of the impact degree,the factors affect ting the relationship capital of supply chain in alignment are respectively the supplier′s reputation,input of specific capital,transfer costs,supplier capacity.However,the impact of the organization adaptability is not significant.Finally,the paper sums up the result from empirical analysis and puts forward proposal on how to enhance the relational capital of supply chain. |
