| 摘 要： | 大学生艺术社团是高校学生依据兴趣、爱好自愿加入并自主开展艺术活动的学生组织。当前，必须加强艺术社团的管理，克服影响社团生存与发展的突出问题，坚持社团组建规范化和骨干培养系统化相结合、社团定位艺术性和活动规划娱乐性相结合、干部管理动态化和指导监督经常化相结合、社团资源社会化和活动开展项目化相结合、社团活动届次化和舆论宣传多元化相结合，充分发挥艺术社团在高校办学和学生发展中的作用。

| Abstract: | A college students＇ art association is an organization that college students voluntarily join in according to their own interests and organize art activities on their own. At present, the management of art associations must be strengthened through solving some outstanding problems affecting their existence and development. The building of these organizations must be standardized in combination with systemized training of key members. Both artistic appreciation and entertainment of activities should be considered. Dynamic administration should be combined with regularization of monitoring, socialization of organization resources combined with activity projects and regular activities combined with diversified publicity. In this way, art organizations can bring themselves into full play in improving college education and developing college students. |
