| 摘 要： | 通过对我国优秀标枪运动员 2 9人次投掷步技术纪录影片的解析 ,并与世界优秀运动员投掷步有关环节运动学参数变化的对比分析发现 ,我国男子标枪运动员投掷步第 1、2步躯干后倾角过大 ,使第 2～ 3步躯干后倾角变化量相对较小 ,影响了交叉步的动作幅度。我国女子标枪运动员交叉步存在的主要问题是下肢前移幅度不够。男女运动员都存在着投掷步第 4步左膝弯屈程度较大 ,左侧支撑无力的现象。

| Abstract: | Through film analysis,the kinematics of 29 Chinese top javelin throwers was compared with that of world top javelin throwers. We found that Chinese men javelin thrower make the first and second step with an excessively gradient, which causes a relative small variation of gradient in the second to third step. The main problem of Chinese women javelin thrower is insufficient lower limbs forward movement. Both men and women thrower have the same problem that their left knee bend excessively in the fourth step, thus there is not enough support to the left side of body. |
