| 摘 要： | 心理健康是指能够适应当前和发展着的环境，具有完善的个性特征，认知、情绪反应、意志行动处于积极状态，并保持正常的调控能力。教师的心理健康意义重大，本文就心理健康的内涵、特点、作用和心理健康与继续教育的关系等方面展开论述，以期继续教育通过关注教师的心理健康教育，提高教师的健康、快乐、成功的水平。

| Abstract: | Mental health means that it can be adapted to the present developing environment,bears the perfect individual characteristics,can be in an active state of cognition,emotional response and volitional action and has the normal capability to control the state.Teachers' mental health is of great significance.This article deals with the connotation,feature and effect of mental health and the relationship between mental health and further education in order to raise the level of teachers' health,happiness and success by way of giving attention to mental health education of teachers in their further education. |
