| 摘 要： | 约定财产制为婚姻当事人灵活处理夫妻财产关系提供了余地。但是这一本该发挥重要作用的夫妻财产制度,在现实生活中却比较少见,其中一个主要原因在于约定财产制本身存在诸多问题。现就约定财产制本身存在的不足提出看法和对策。

| Abstract: | The marital agreement property system provides the leeway of dealing with the husbands and wives property relations with a flexible way. This vital marital property system should play an important role in the real life. But it actual rarely cloes. One main reason lies in agreement property system itself with many problems. This article offers the view and the countermeasure only according to the defects which exist in agreement property system itself. |
