| 摘 要： | 从社会属性的本质规定看,社会主义和谐社会和小康社会,都具有社会主义的本质属性。从历史进程的维度考察,和谐社会是全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,小康社会是构建社会主义和谐社会的一个历史阶段。从目标要素的相互推进看,两者相辅相成。
