| 摘 要： | 一战后,美国的经济由繁荣进入萧条。美国政府并没有从内部采取措施解决经济萧条,而是对外竖起了高关税和贸易保护的大门,来保护国内市场。美国的这种做法,虽然一定程度上促进了"柯立芝繁荣"的出现,但导致了1929年更大的经济萧条,并使各国对美国采取关税报复措施。这使美国政府意识到,只有与别国合作,才能实现双赢。吸取美国的经验教训,我国必须积极参与全球贸易对话,主动参与全球竞争,加强区域经济合作,妥善处理贸易摩擦。

| Abstract: | After World War I,the economy of America turned from prosperity to depression.The U.S.government did not take any measure to solve its economic depression from its internal cause,but raised high tariff and trade protection to protect its internal market.Such measure though promoted the appearance of 'Coolidge prosperity' to certain degree,yet led to still greater economic depression in 1929 and made various countries take the measure to avenge.This made America know that only co-operation with other countries could realize co-winning.Drawing the lesson from the experience of America,our country must actively take part in the dialogue with the wold trade and the competition with the whole world,strengthen the regional cooperation and well handle trade frictions. |
