| 摘 要： | 新公共管理是20世纪后期伴随着全球化、信息化,市场化,知识经济化以及西方各国政府管理改革而发展起来的.新公共管理采用商业管理的理论、方法与技术,引入市场竞争机制,来提高公共管理水平及公共服务质量.进而重构政府形象,重新界定行政权的性质及其运作.文章以20世纪末至本世纪初关于新公共管理研究的文献资料为基础,对国内外关于新公共管理的研究做了一些论述.

| Abstract: | The new public management is developed with the globalization,information-based,the market turn and knowledge-based economy ages,the western all countries government manages reform from the 20th century evening.The new public management use the business management theories,method and technique,lead the market compete mechanism,raise public management level and public service quality,then re-build the government image,re -definition property and its operation of administrative power.This text use the literature datum from the end of 20 century to the beginning of this century for several decades concerning lately public management research,and make a simple literature review about the domestic and international concerning the new public management. |
