| 摘 要： | 店员问题是商民运动中两大核心问题之一。国民党对店员在商民协会和总工会之间的归属有过两次调整。店员性质经历了商人-工人-商人的转变；店员组织也有从商民协会到工会、独立店员工会的发展。武汉店员总会成立于武汉各业发生普遍的经济争斗之时，店员与店东分裂，从而引发许多纠纷。店员运动成为北伐时期武汉工人运动中最重要的特征，对当地的商民运动不无影响。

| Abstract: | The salesclerk question was one of the two big core questions in The Merchant's Movement during Northern Expedition.KMT had two adjustments to the ownership of salesclerk between the Merchant Association and The General Labor Union The salesclerk nature had experienced the transformation of merchant-worker-merchant.The Salesclerk organization had also experienced the development from The Merchant Association to trade union and the independent salesclerk trade union.The general Wuhan Salesclerk Trade Union established in the time when the various industries were experiencing economic struggles,then salesclerks broke away from shop owners,which caused many disputes.The Salesclerk Movement got into one of the most important features of Wuhan worker movements in the period of Northern Expedition and had influence on the local merchant movement. |
