| 摘 要： | 翻译就是翻译意义。“意义”具有丰富内涵的概念,既包括概念意义也包括文化内涵、感情色彩及文体风格等1](刘宓庆,北京:1999,8.)。现通过《红楼梦》中富含中华民族文化信息的词汇和段落的翻译所采取的“归化”与“洋味”表现形式的比较,论述了意义翻译的丰富内涵和保持翻译的文化取向的意义。

| Abstract: | Translation is translating meaning.“Meaning ”is a concept of very rich connotation which contains conceptual meaning,cultural connotation,affective sense and so on.In The Story of Red Mansions,as forthe w ords with rich cultural meaning,the translators adopted the ways of“ Domestication ”and“Foreignization”, and the latter way better promoted the melting of people's culture. |
