| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央，在创新和发展的基础上提出的新理论。它第一次提出了经济社会发展的科学标准，第一次赋予以人为本的特定内涵，第一次提出“五个统筹”发展的新思路，第一次提出树立科学的政缋观，提出了“四位一体”的社会和谐新模式，为创新和发展马克思主义作出了新的贡献。

| Abstract: | Scientific development concept is a new theory put forward by the Party Central Committee headed by Comrade Hu Jintao on the basis of innovation and development.It first raises the scientific standard for the economic social development;first gives the special connotation to taking man as the foundation;first puts forward the new thinking way to the "five overall plans" development;first puts forward the political achievement concept of setting up science and the social harmonious new mode of the "four in one",thus makes a new contribution for innovating and developing Marxism. |
