| 摘 要： | 一般而言,校园文化表现为由浅入深的三个层次:物质文化、制度文化和精神文化。其中精神文化是校园文化的深层内核,它是靠物质文化和制度文化为保证。本文初步探讨校园文化在高校人才培养中的重要作用。
