| 摘 要： | 立法主义时代并不能迅速催生法治时代的到来,除去各种宏大叙事的原因外,与应用法学不关注中国现实生活及滑入理论法学巢臼不无关系;应用法学存在研究方向乃至方法论的重大缺陷;应用法学应对其学科性质、研究范畴、研究方法等诸多问题进行重新定位和思考。

| Abstract: | Legislation times doesn't mean the arrival of governing by law.Besides all kinds of reasons,it has something to do with that the applying science of law doesn't pay attention to the realistic life in China.The science of law has the shortcomings of research orientation and methodology.It's necessary to re-setup its orientation and think over the discipline nature,researching field,methods of science of law. |
