| 摘 要： | 目前农产品质量安全问题已成为制约农民收入增长的重要因素之一,进而影响到全面建设小康社会的进程。确保农产品质量安全已成为小康社会建设亟待迈过的门槛。本文在介绍国外农产品质量安全管理经验的基础上,就如何加强农产品质量安全管理提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of food safety is one of the deterring factors to raising peasants' income and adversely affects the progress in the construction of a well-off economy in our country.To make the construction of a well-off economy proceed smoothly, food safety must be ensured.In this paper is set forth a proposal on how to introduce to China the advanced management experience now prevalent in other countries.In this connection some relevant policy advice is also given. |
