| 摘 要： | 主要阐述了国家发展改革委员会正式批复沈阳经济区为国家新型工业化综合配套改革试验区的批示给辽宁地区职业教育发展带来了机遇。认为面对沈阳经济区建设对人才的需求，辽宁省高职教育要有发展，特色办学是关键。为此，对特色办学进行了深层次的研究与思考，并以此提出抚顺职业技术学院的五点办学特色。
