| 摘 要： | 创新生态系统是以技术标准为纽带,基于配套技术由高科技企业在全球范围内形成的共存共生、共同进化的创新体系。系统边界由配套技术开发企业和交易费用共同决定,具有开放性、模糊性和变动性等特征。随着技术分工进一步明确和细化,系统将形成基于配套技术的模块化结构,系统成员往往以一个或多个企业为核心,众多外围企业围绕核心企业进行技术兼容配套,最终目标在于提供给顾客一整套技术解决方案。
