Abstract:Reform of basic education curriculum in C hina has begun. Contemporary teachers shoulder heavy responsibilities for the su ccess of this reform. Enlightened by the casual and equal relationship be tween the faculty and the students at Hanard University,in this article, we dis cuss from three different aspects the necessity and urgency for the contemporary teachers to establish lifelong education concept.
