摘    要:介绍了商场促销的主要手段,然后通过商场促销手段与高校图书馆读者服务工作之间的对比,选择了对高校图书馆读者服务工作有借鉴作用的商场促销方式,分析其应用在图书馆读者服务工作中的方式和作用,希望对目前高校图书馆的读者服务工作带来一定的变革,使图书馆读者服务工作更加人性化、更具主动性。

Abstract:The intense market competition urged a series of ways of the promotion of merchandise sales day by day to attract the consumer,promote the sale and improve the market share.At the same time,college and university libraries tried their best to grope for the better way of serving readers.Firstly,this article introduced the main methods of the promotion of merchandise sales,and then made a contrast between the method of the promotion of merchandise sales and the reader service in academic library.Finally,the authors chose some ways of merchandise sales promotion to analyze their application and functions as means that could be used for reference services in academic library.The authors hoped that this article could bring certain transformations of the present reader service in academic library and made it even more humanistic and more initiative.
