| 摘 要： | 知识共享机制是提升虚拟科研团队知识共享效率和共享效果的重要保障。根据虚拟科研团队的特点,从团队外部和内部两方面构建了动力机制,从有形的规章制度和无形的信任和文化两方面形成了约束机制,从利益分配、自我效能感、知识共享氛围和精神激励角度提出了激励机制,最后构建了沟通反馈机制。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing mechanism is an important guarantee to ensure the knowledge sharing efficiency and the effectiveness of virtual scientific research team.According to the characteristics of virtual scientific research team,it constructed dynamic mechanism from the two aspects of internal and external of team;it from the rules and regulations of the tangible and rust and culture two aspects of the intangible,formed the constraint mechanism;from the angles of members of the distribution of interests,self-efficacy,team knowledge sharing atmosphere and spirit incentive,it proposed incentive mechanism,and finally it gave the feedback mechanism. |
