| Abstract: | Every stage of human rights thought development has a corresponding philosophical basis. Human rights thought sprouts in the ancient natural justice and equality concept, takes shape in the rationalism and individualism of the Renaissance, develops in the arguments between modern naturalism and utilitarianism, and prospers in the contemporary socialism and humanism. |
