| 摘 要： | 推进社区体育非营利组织现代化治理，既是新时代国家和社会现代化治理的重要内容和内在要求，也是提升社区体育非营利组织发展力、组织力、服务力和影响力的必然选择。分析了社区体育非营利组织现代化治理的困境，主要体现在：政策设计与政策执行的解耦，治理权力与治理责任的解耦，组织结构与组织能力的解耦。提出了应对之策，主要是：完善顶层设计，提高政策执行力；强化治理主体责任，建构多元协调治理机制；优化组织结构，提升自身治理能力。

| Abstract: | Promoting the modernization of community sports non-profit organization governance, this is not only the important content and internal requirement of the modernization of the state and the social governance in the new era, but also the inevitable choice to promote the development, organizational, service and influence of the non-profit organization of the community sports. This paper analyzes the dilemma of the modern governance of community sports non-profit organizations, it is mainly reflected in the decoupling of policy design and policy implementation, the decoupling of governance power and responsibility of governance, the decoupling of organizational structure and organizational ability. It puts forward a way to deal with it, mainly: improve the top-level design and improve the implementation of the policy; strengthening the main responsibility of governance and building a pluralistic coordinated governance mechanism; Optimize the organization structure and improve the ability of self-governance. |
