| 摘 要： | 信息不对称在高职院校毕业生就业过程中有诸多表现，因事前信息不对称而产生的“逆向选择”和事后信息不对称而产生的“道德风险”是造成高职院校毕业生就业困难的主要原因，本文旨在对这些表现和原因进行浅析并指出走出困境的可能路径。
