| 摘 要： | 文坛有南施北钱之说，将他们相提并论，不仅仅因为他们是集小说家、散文家、诗人、翻译家、大学教授于一身的文学大师、学界泰斗，还因为他们都是学贯中西、通今博古的智者。他们还有着相同的品格：淡泊名利、宠辱不惊，但又持之以恒地为丰富中国文化而探索追求。然而因为他们性格秉赋和人生观的差异，他们对待文学和对待人生又有诸多的不同。他们用不同的文学方式，创造并丰富着中国文化。

| Abstract: | There is such a saying in the literary arena that Qiang Zhong-shu and Shi Zhi-cun are two literary giants residing respectively in the north and south of China. To rank them with each other is due to the fact that they both are not only literary giants and great scholars-an incorporation of novelists, poets, translators and professors but also wise men well versed in learning Chinese and western, present and past. Moreover, they are of similar disposition, that is, they have little concern for fame and wealth and remain indifferent whether favored or humiliated, but they persevere in their strenuous pursuit to enrich the Chinese culture. However, because of their different personality and outlooks on life, they approach literature and life in different ways. They have created and enriched Chinese culture by means of diverse methods of literary creation. |
