| 摘 要： | 介绍了本钢2300热连轧机组厚规格Q550D-MC热轧高强度卷板的产品设计、冶炼、轧制工艺和性能情况.结果表明,采用低碳、铌钛微合金化和适当的控轧控冷技术,使开发的16mm厚度规格 Q550D-MC热轧高强度卷板在具有高强度的同时,又兼有优良的低温冲击韧性;通过纯净钢的冶炼技术,使钢板具有良好的焊接和抗疲劳性能,完全满足车辆及工程机械等领域用钢的要求.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the products design, smelting and rolling process of hot rolled high strength coil Q550D-MC thick plate on the 2300 hot rolls mill.The results show that it makes the developed high strength strip Q550D-MC with thickness 16mm not only own high strength, but also have good low temperature impact toughness, that if we carry out the low carbon Nb,Ti micro alloying and appropriate controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology.At the same time, by using the clean steel smelting technology, the products have good low temperature impact toughness, weldability and cold bending performance, and have been widely used in engineering machinery, vehicles and other field. |
