| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为献传播的主要阵地，有社会教育的基本功能。献传播网络化、社会化、产业化和国际化的趋势，带来了社会教育渠道、社会教育方式和社会教育手段的新变化。图书馆应更新教育观念，拓宽教育方式，更新教育手段，与时俱进。

| Abstract: | As the main front of document propagation, libraries possess social educational function. The document propagation which is characterized with network, socialization, industrialization and glokalization , has led to social educational channels, social educational ways and social educational functions. Libraries should renew educational policies widen education ways and explore new educational means in order to keep up with times. |
