| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、访问调查等研究方法,对我国高师公体师资队伍的现状进行了调查与研究。结果显示：目前我国高师公体师资队伍与国家四化建设要求基本相符,但还存在高级职称教师的年龄比例偏高、学历层次偏低、外语水平较低、中青年教师流失严重等问题。并针对出现的问题,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Applying literature,written investigation and interview investigation,wehave investigated and studied the presert situation of P. E. teachers, the resultsshow that the P. E. teachers in teachers colleges and universities roughly,but notcompletely suits the modernization construction of the country,and there still existproblems to be solved such as higher senior professional posts of their age,lowerprofessional education career,lower English leve,and middle-and-young aged teach-ers "running off" is serious. I have put forward some corresponding countermea-sures. |
