| 摘 要： | 领队是做好运动队思想政治工作的关键因素。调动他们从事这项工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,是加强和改进运动队思想政治工作关键中的关键。作者对领队工作的劳动性质与特点、领队工作应具备的素质结构及新形势下优秀运动队领队工作的变化作了较深的分析与讨论,并对新形势下如何做好优秀运动队的领队工作,提出了一些建议。 |

| Abstract: | A good leader is very important for the ideological works in an athletic team. Their initiative,creative and active attitudes are the very key for improving and enhancing the ideological works in an athletic team. The author makes a profound analysis and discussion on the nature of work,characteristics and qualities of an excellent leader and the changes of the contents of a leader's job in the new era in this article,and puts forward some advices on how to be an excellent leader of an athletic team. |
