| Abstract: | As a case study, this research pays attention to teachers' continuing education. The key purpose of using the etic-research method is to present the viewpoint and thought of indigenes, and emic-research method is to pursue scientific analysis from researcher's point of view on the basis of education equality theory and confrontation theory. |
