摘    要:文章对我国高校心理健康教育课程教学现状进行了总结,针对当前存在的问题,提出了一个贯穿大学4年的大学生心理健康教育阶段式课程的教学设计,同时对实践操作提出了科学合理的构想——以面授与网络教学相结合的方式同步实施,在大学生中全覆盖且全程普及心理健康教育知识,全面提高大学生的整体心理健康水平。

Abstract:The paper summarizes the teaching situations of mental health education curriculum in China" s colleges and universities, and points out some current problems. A teaching design about staged curriculum of college students'mental health education throughout 4 years is proposed. Meanwhile, a scientific and ration al program for the practical operation is designed it is carried out into effect in the form of combining face to face teaching with internet teaching. Thus mental health education knowledge can be popularized in all members and all stages in order to promote college students" comprehensive mental health.
