| 摘 要： | 我国高校科技产业是具有中国特色的事物.高校科技产业在培养高等人才、科技成果产业化等方面做作出了贡献.但也面临着资金短缺、体制不畅通等问题.这些制约了高校科技产业的发展.本文论述了我国高校科技企业的发展过程及在国民经济中的地位和作用,及面临的困难,我们应重视并尽力解决.

| Abstract: | The Science and Technology Enterprises Sponsored by Higher Schools(Hereinafter STESHS) are a kind of new business unit with special Chinese characteristics. STESHS make a great contribution to training high-level personnel with ability and transferring the science & technology achievements to industrialization etc., but STESHS are facing the problems of capital shortage and in administrative system,etc. All these problems restrict the development of STESHS. This article expatiate on the position and the role of STESHS in national economy, and difficulties confronted with; These problems should be attached great importance to and solved as possible. |
