| 摘 要： | 从城市要素聚集和城市功能来看，昆明已具备建成区域性国际化城市的条件。昆明城市国际化的定位应为：以城市现代化建设为基础，以完善的城市功能为依托，以发达的交通运输、现代物流、商贸金融、信息服务、研发创新和文化教育为支撑，面向东南亚、南亚地区的综合性、区域性国际化城市。昆明需加强城市基础设施建设，扩大对外开放和交流，加快城市经济发展，凝聚城市文化，提升技术创新能力和政府效能，以此推进城市国际化进程。

| Abstract: | From point of the city elements gathering and its function, Kunming city has got the condition to build regional internationalization city. The orientation of the it should be：based on modernization construction of the city, depended on perfect function of the city, supported by developed transportation, modern interflow of commodities, business commercial and financial, information service, development and innovation and cultural education, a comprehensive regional internationalization city facing Southeast Asia, South Asia. In Kunming city infrastructure construction must be strengthened, open to outside and communication be enlarged, economic development of the city speeded up, city culture gathered, the capability of technical innovation, governmental function promoted, so as to push forward the steps of internationalization of the city. |
