健美操锻炼对女大学生体型、体质及焦虑影响的研究

摘    要:采用实验法和问卷调查法,以复旦大学在校女大学生178人进行健美操锻炼前后的实验研究.实验结果显示:1.通过健美操锻炼,皮下脂含量减少,去脂体重比例增大,胸围、臀围有不同程度的增大,腰围变小,肢体柔韧性增强.2.健美操锻炼能有效提高女大学生的上肢力量、腹部力量、下肢力量和灵敏性,改善心血管机能和心脏功能.3.通过健美操锻炼的被试焦虑水平下降.研究表明,健美操锻炼能够在一定程度上塑造女性健美的体型,提高身体素质,并对降低焦虑水平起到十分重要的作用.

Abstract:With experiment and questionnaire,this article carries on an aerobics dancing experimental research on 178 college girls in Fudan University.The result shows that:1.The training of aerobics dancing can induce fat content,promote the internal fat metabolism,grow chest lines and buttocks,reduce waistlines and increase their flexibility;2.The training of aerobics dancing will improve college girls strength of upper limbs,same as belly strength,strength of lower limbs and sensitive quality,promote the function of cardiovascular and that of the heart;3.Through training of aerobics dancing,the level of college girls anxiety is reducaed.The research proves that the training of aerobics dancing can shape the girls body,improve their physique,reduce the level of anxiety.
