| 摘 要： | 和谐大学主要指能营造出人与自身、人与人、人与学校和谐关系的大学。它的基本特征是以学生为本、促进学生全面发展的大学,是充满发展活力的大学,是有序的大学,是公平和正义的大学。构建和谐大学要处理好与落实科学发展观的关系、与深化大学改革的关系、大学内各群体间的利益关系以及公平与效率的关系。和谐大学的发展机制主要包括:动力机制、利益均衡机制和公平机制。

| Abstract: | As a harmonious university,it would create harmonious relationship between people and itself,others or school.The basic characteristics of it is student-centered,the comprehensive development of students,the vitality of development,order,fair and justice.We should deal with the relationship between its construction and the implementation of the scientific concept of development,relationship between the interests of different groups within the university,the relationship between fairness and efficiency.The development mechanism of harmonious universities include power mechanism,benefit balance mechanism and fair mechanism. |
