间接紫外吸光光度法测定水果中VC含量

摘    要:用I3-间接紫外吸光光度法测定11种水果中的Vc含量,并进行了重复实验和回收实验.其结果:Vc含量在0-0.99mmol/kg之间;回收率在92.8%-100%之间.该方法准确度较好,且方法简便,灵敏度可达0.025mmol/kg,可用于新鲜水果中VC的快速、简易测定.

Abstract:VC consisistence of 11 species fruit were measured by indirect I3s method d absorption spectrotometry for ultraviolet spectrum and also repeated and recoreried triMs.The results showed that the VC consistence was 0.116-10. 872nmol/kg the recovery rate was 92.05%-107.09%. The method was simplified but the accuracy and semsitivity was less difference. The sensitivity was little to 0.025mmol/kg, it is simple immediate method to measure for VC consistence of fresh fruit.
