| 摘 要： | 社区教育发展目标在于构建获得广泛支持的社区学习系统,学习资源建设其中的关键要素,具有重要的建设价值.社区教育发展需要有多内容、多层次、多形式、规范化的学习资源,当前社区教育学习资源建设成效显著,但问题也很明显,缺乏理论指导、统筹组织和经费保障.应从多个方面加强社区教育的学习资源建设.
