| 摘 要： | 曾祥芹先生对＂文章科学发展观＂的论述和倡导,是对文章学事业的战略性贡献。＂文章科学发展观＂的产生,有着特定的时代背景、学术背景和职业背景。＂文章科学发展观＂的基本内容有五：把文章发展看作语文发展的＂第一要务＂;坚持＂以人为本＂的文章发展战略;文章学＂全面发展＂的基本思路;文章学＂协调发展＂的重要举措;文章学＂可持续发展＂的健康道路。＂文章科学发展观＂的战略价值有四：对文章学理论研究具有战略指导价值;对文章学理论成果应用具有战略支撑价值;对文章学教育改革具有战略调控价值;对文章学事业发展具有战略驱动价值。＂文章科学发展观＂的落实方略有八：更新发展理念;树立发展目标;理清发展思路;整合发展资源;创新发展机制;强化发展保证;提升发展水平;增强发展绩效。
