| Abstract: | Setting college students' employment guidance courses for college students is based on the macro background of high-er education transformation, on the premise that it can cultivate the students' employment capability, and in the orientation that it can help students establish the correct career planning consciousness. Discussing the existing problems in college students' employment guidance courses teaching and the reform measures, is significant theoretically and practically to deepen the teach-ing reform of the courses, promote the transformation of higher education and enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of col-lege students' employment guidance courses. |
