| 摘 要： | 金融市场的健康发展、担保行业和担保公司的健康发展、我国政策性担保体系的完善、国家政策性担保政策的调整,必然要求建立完善的政策性担保公司市场退出机制。政策性担保公司是独立的法人,其信用基础并非国家信用,国外政策性担保机构市场退出的成功实践,都表明建立政策性担保公司市场退出机制是可行的。要根据市场退出机制的缺陷,完善我国政策性担保公司市场退出机制。
