| 摘 要： | 职业教育萧条和相关政策文本繁荣的背后隐含着政策的失效,根本原因不在政策本身,而是其他因素促成,如政策缺少配套措施、政府政策行为和管理行为脱节、职业教育自身问题以及传统文化中的官本位思想等.为此,政府应积极制定与政策配套的措施,适当加大投入,调动企业参与,促进普职沟通,特别是教育思想的沟通.

| Abstract: | The depression of vocational education and the redundancy of the relevant policy text indicate that the policy of vocational education has no effect, the fundamental reasons of which do not lie in the policy itself, but in many other relevant factors, such as , the policy lacks supporting measures, the government's policy is divorced from management, there are some problems with vocational education itself and the idea of official rank standard exists in the traditional culture. The author offers some suggestions after analyzing the reasons. |
