| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身运动的发展，社会对体育指导员的需求越来越大，急需拓展其培养途径，提出高师体育专业应配合全民健身计划的实施，改革单一的人才培养模式，参预培养体育指导员工作，以适应全民健身运动发展的需要。

| Abstract: | with the development of whole people's body building movement,the social demand for sport instructors is increasing and there is an urgent need for broadening chamnds,It is pointed out that sports major at teachers' college should promote the practice of program for whole pcople's body building and reform unitary training pattcrn and take part in training sport instructors so as to meet the need for the development of whole people's body building movement. |
