| Abstract: | The essence of quality education is creative power. The key to train creative power is to set up a competence mechanism. The paper here analyzed the current situation of PE in university and supposed its competence system. And the establishment of competence mechanism is the breach for that. Quality e- ducation could then be put into effect really. |
