研发团队目标设置、个体目标承诺与团队绩效关系研究

摘    要:以研发团队为背景,研究团队目标设置与团队成员目标承诺、团队绩效之间的关系.研发团队的目标设置不仅影响团队绩效,同时更透过研发人员目标承诺这一中介变量来影响团队绩效.运用结构方程模型(SEM)检验了多个变量之间的关系.实证结果显示,研发团队目标设置与团队绩效正相关,目标设置与目标承诺正相关,目标承诺与团队绩效正相关,目标明确度和目标设置过程中个体的参与度可以通过目标承诺影响团队绩效.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the relation between goal setting,goal commitment and team performance in the R&D team.The paper suggests that effects which goal setting causes to team performance can mediate by goal commitment.This paper gives the research models and hypotheses,makes investigation with questionnaire,and analyzes the investigation results with LISREL.The result proved most of the hypotheses.
