| 摘 要： | 问题意识是人类创造力的重要组成部分。培养学生在日常学习及生活中发现问题的能力是他们分析问题和解决问题的前提，也是培养学生创造力的基础。文章结合教育教学实践，从构建学生问题意识的角度探讨改革教学模式，提出培养创新人才的路径和措施在于：真正做到以生为本，树立素质教育新理念；因材施教，尊重学生的个性发展差异；创造宽松、和谐、民主的教学氛围，鼓励学生大胆质疑；教会学生形成问题意识的科学方法和技巧。

On Importance of Problem Consciousness in Cultivating Innovative Talents and its Realization of the Path |

| Abstract: | The consciousness of problem is an important integral part of human creativity. The ability of Training students to find and analyze problems in the day - to - day learning and life is the premise to solve problems, and it is also the basis of training students＇ ereativity. This paper probes reform of teaching mode from the perspective of building students＇ consciousness of problem by teaching practice and propounds some measures and path of cultivating innovative talents, these are： establishing new concept of quality education with students - orientation; respecting for differences in personality development of students; Creating a relaxed, harmonious, democratic teaching atmosphere by encouraging students to question bravely;Teaching students scientific methods and techniques to form problem consciousness, etc. |
