| 摘 要： | 对Petri网在航运业务流程重构中的应用进行了探讨。依据Petri网理论，构造了航运业务流程的一般语义描述及相应的流程重构规则。在此基础上，以铁海联运出口业务流程为例进行了说明。

Firstly the shipping business is described in terms of Petri net and some reengineering rules are given. Then a special case is set up to explain the above general principles. |
